Beautiful but time consuming to build
Took 6 hours to make this chandelier up! Bits broke through the process. Replacement parts arrived as couldnât return as not resell-able due to broken parts and couldnât fit back in original packaging as half built. Wouldnât have got our money back! So no choice but to build it. We paid a lot of money for it and we expected better quality and less assembly required by us. We wonât shop here again. âšď¸

Pretty but not consistent quality
I fell in love with this chandelier on the website. It turned up well packaged and fairly quickly. The glass cut dangles are gorgeous, really clear and pretty. We took it out of the box yesterday to find that the âsome assembly neededâ meant that each string had to be attached. It took a couple of hours and is really pretty butâŚ.itâs missing approx 8 of the split rings. The quality of the split rings is terrible, they are very thin and bend out very easily. Some of the top strings were different lengths so sit tighter than the others. The wire that they are strung on is slightly bent, Iâm hoping they will straighten over time? Be very careful when opening the string packages, they are in bubble wrap covered completely with packing tape, the first package I cut open and actually cut a couple strings in half (totally my own fault but you have to be really careful). The instructions are near on useless, just one small page with a single drawing on it. Lastly itâs very hard to install, the wires are very tight and it has no hook like a ceiling fan for when itâs wired up so has to be physically held up, it requires 2 guys, one to hold and one to wire. Not sure that Iâd recommend, Iâm off to buy a package of split rings just so it can be finished and installed. If I could have sent it back I would have.
